These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NIRIKSHAN360 website, student portal and mobile app (together, the "Platform"), operated by [Company Legal Name] ("NIRIKSHAN360", "we", "us"), [registered office address], [CIN/LLPIN, if applicable], [GSTIN, if applicable]. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Cancellation Policy.

1. Who can use NIRIKSHAN360

  • You must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
  • You must give accurate information (name, email address and mobile number) and keep it up to date.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

2. Not affiliated with any government body

NIRIKSHAN360 is an independent, private test-preparation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), any State Public Service Commission or any government body. Exam names are used only to describe the exams our practice material prepares you for. Always rely on the official notifications of the relevant commission for exam dates, syllabus and eligibility.

3. Your account and security

  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • For security, your account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
  • Tell us immediately at [support@yourdomain.in] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Tests and proctoring

  • Tests are timed and proctored to keep practice conditions fair. During a test the Platform detects leaving the test screen (switching apps or tabs, leaving full screen, split-screen) and screenshot or screen-recording attempts. We do not use your camera or microphone.
  • Each violation is recorded. After the permitted number of warnings, the test is submitted automatically and scored as zero.
  • Scores, ranks, percentiles and AI-generated insights are practice indicators only. They are not a prediction or guarantee of your result in any real exam.

5. Plans, prices and payment

  • Plans are one-time purchases that give access to the stated subjects for the stated validity period (for example, 180 days from purchase). They do not renew automatically.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change, but a change never affects a plan you have already bought.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

6. Free test, referrals and coupons

  • Each person may take one free test. Creating more accounts to get more free tests is not allowed.
  • Referral rewards are given only for genuine referrals. Self-referrals, referrals between accounts of the same person or device, and any other abuse lead to rewards being withdrawn and may lead to account suspension.
  • Coupons have the validity and conditions shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn if obtained improperly.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • copy, record, screenshot, download, publish, sell or share questions, explanations or any other content of the Platform;
  • use bots, scrapers or any automated means to access the Platform;
  • attempt to bypass proctoring, payment or access controls, or interfere with the Platform's security;
  • upload or send anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or harmful, or impersonate anyone.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including questions, explanations, analyses, design, logos and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own exam preparation only.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • We work hard to keep content accurate, but it is provided "as is". If you find an error, please report it from the question itself.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any exam result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan concerned.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, for example for content sharing, fraud or proctoring abuse, after giving notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the Platform and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will tell you in the Platform and ask you to accept the new version before continuing. The version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at [City, State] have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; most issues are resolved quickly.
