What you can raise
- Problems with your account, a test, a question, a purchase, a refund or a cancellation.
- Requests about your personal data: access, correction, erasure or withdrawal of consent.
- Content you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights.
Timelines
- We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours (within 24 hours for complaints about unlawful content).
- We resolve it within 15 days of receipt, and in any case within one month.

If you are not satisfied
- For consumer complaints: the National Consumer Helpline, 1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
- For personal data complaints: the Data Protection Board of India, after you have first approached our Grievance Officer.
